How Our Shipping Process Works

Every Estate Millwork order is custom-built from solid hardwood and shipped via blanket-wrapped freight for maximum protection. Typical production time is 4 to 6 weeks depending on the complexity of your order. We provide tracking information once your order ships, and our team is available by phone at 412-641-0177 to answer questions at any stage. Freight deliveries include liftgate service for residential addresses, and we can arrange white-glove inside delivery upon request.
